Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TradesBook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. TradesBook is operated by Axis Automations.

2. Description of Service

TradesBook provides an intelligent receptionist and automated scheduling platform designed for tradespeople and trade businesses. The Service includes lead management, booking management, SMS and email notifications, an AI receptionist, a public booking page, and revenue tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. TradesBook cannot be liable for any loss or damage from unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription & Billing

TradesBook offers a 7-day free trial, after which a monthly subscription of £99 is charged. The standard £149 setup fee is waived during the current promotional period. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) send unsolicited marketing messages through the SMS or email features; (c) attempt to access or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (d) share your account credentials; or (e) use the Service to store or transmit malicious software.

6. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all customer lead and booking data you enter into TradesBook. You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds (such as consent) to store and process your customers' personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle data.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and content provided by TradesBook remain the property of Axis Automations. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradesBook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data prior to termination; we are not obligated to retain your data after account closure.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
